Lost in Liège?
A prototype website designed for Erasmus students arriving at HEPL. A dictionary of local expressions, things to do, hidden gems, a playlist, news — everything you need to stop feeling lost in your first few weeks.

The story behind it
My name is Luana, I’m 21 and I’m in my third year of Communication at HEPL. Ever since I got here, I’ve found myself playing tour guide for Erasmus students who arrive without really knowing what they’re getting into. I speak several languages, so naturally I started suggesting activities, explaining how things work here, answering their questions.
Every idea on this site comes from a real situation. A conversation, a question someone asked, a confused look at a word or a local habit nobody had thought to explain. That’s how this project came together, piece by piece.
A collaborative project
Lost in Liège? was developed in collaboration with the Maison Erasmus at HEPL, which supports the project and will share the site with every new intake of students each year. The goal is simple: no Erasmus student should arrive in Liège without this site in their pocket.
